2011 Doernbecher Nike Freestyle Collection

There are just two days until the release of this years Doernbecher Nike Freestyle Collection. Yesterday people lined up outside of Niketown New York to receive their line-up wristbands. These exclusive sneakers were designed by the young patients of the OHSU Doernbecher Children's Hospital. All the proceeds from sales will go to future treatment programs for life threatening diseases. Here's a look at the entire collection.

Nike Air Flight One 2012 Retro

Before Nike gave Penny his own signature shoe line, he graced the court in these. The Nike Air Flight One. Although it wasn't an official Penny shoe, it featured the number on on the heel tap and pinstripes on the tongue inspired by the Orlando Magic jerseys. These shoes were actually worn by Jordan in a 1995 playoff game against the Magic. I was too young to remember these but I'm sure some old heads do. What do you guys think about these? Comment.
